Warranty and care

How much warranty does my SICOBA backpack have?

Each Model No. 210 from SICOBA comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Models No. 01 and No. 02, on the other hand, come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

What is the best way to clean my SICOBA backpack?

For cleaning, use a soft cloth, water and/or a ph-neutral detergent solution. Wring out the cloth thoroughly before wiping off the dirt. Caution: The use of acidic, alkaline or alcoholic solutions may cause discoloration.

Order

I have not received an order confirmation – what should I do?

Please also check your spam folder or make sure you have not used an incorrect email address. Otherwise, please contact our customer service at kontakt@sicoba.de. You can also easily check the status of your order at any time in your customer account.

How can I track the status of my order?

1. By email
When your goods are ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery of your products in real time.

2. On our site. You can easily get your tracking link by entering your order number and email address that you used to place this order. If you still do not receive a tracking link, please contact our customer service at kontakt@sicoba.de and select the subject “I do not have a tracking number.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if the goods are not yet packed and ready for shipment. To change the status of your order, log in with your customer account and cancel your order. If you do not have a customer account, please contact our service team by email at kontakt@sicoba.de. Please understand that for technical reasons we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. You have 14 days to return the goods to us. The condition is that the goods are unused and in original condition.

Can I change my order later?

You can cancel your order if the goods are not yet packed and ready for shipment. You can check the status of your order in the email we send you after you receive your order. To change the status of your order, log in with your customer account and cancel your order. If you do not have a customer account, please contact our service team by email at kontakt@sicoba.de. Please understand that for technical reasons we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. You have 14 days to return the goods to us. Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled due to problems with your credit card. In this case, please contact your bank for further information. You can also contact our customer service at kontakt@sicoba.de.

Payment & Shipping

What payment method do you accept?

In our online boutique you can easily and conveniently pay by instant bank transfer, Klarna invoice and credit card (MasterCard and VISA).

Is my personal data safe?

Protecting your data is our highest priority. To protect your personal data, a secure connection is established in our order form. All information, from your credit card number to your address, will be transformed into a code during transmission. This code remains encrypted for unauthorized persons during the entire transmission. This way, third parties can neither view nor manipulate your data. To ensure this data security, we use the SSL protocol [Secure Socket Layer]. SSL encryption is activated as soon as the URL in the address bar begins with “”https://”” or a lock symbol appears in the lower status bar [Internet Explorer, Mozilla]. All of the data you enter is encrypted and stored on a specially secured server for maximum protection. In addition, your credit card information is deleted immediately after your order is processed by us. In addition, your data in the customer account is safe.

Where can I find my invoice?

We enclose the invoice with your order. At the same time, you will also receive your invoice by mail when you place your order.

How much are the shipping costs?

We deliver free of charge throughout Germany, so there are no shipping costs for you.

How long is the shipping time?

Our shipping times may vary in Germany. Once your order is received, it usually takes 1-3 days for it to be processed for shipment. From the moment the package is ready to be shipped and you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can expect your package in 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). If after 10 days you still haven’t received shipping information, please contact our customer service at kontakt@sicoba.de.

Which delivery service is used?

We ship our products exclusively with Deutsche Post DHL Group within Germany.

Return & Refund

What is my right of return?

You can return items within 14 days. All returns (only in original packaging) must be unused and in original condition. You can find more information in the Return Policy section.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the enclosed return form, attach the return slip to the package and return your order to us at a DHL station. If no return slip is enclosed, please contact our service department by e-mail at service@sicoba.de.

How long does the refund take?

We will process your refund once the returned merchandise has been reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Once your return is accepted, it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at kontakt@sicoba.de.

I have received wrong or defective goods – what should I do?

Please return the item to us with the completed return form and contact our customer service by email at kontakt@sicoba.de. We will immediately resend the item to you.
